Within our contract we cover the whole recruitment process :

-         Sources of candidates (recommendation, adverts, Labour Offices)

-         First interview :

                o        Assessing :

  •       The level of professional experience
  •       The level of English
  •       The knowledge of working with technical drawings
  •       personal qualities
  •       their mentality and ability to work abroad
  •       recommendations from previous employers

-         Second interview - meeting with the Client representative.

-         Last meeting before arrival.

               o          Signing contracts.

               o          Health and Safety training.

               o          Travel details.

               o          Meeting with other members of the team with whom they will be working together.
